摘  要:针对水平井井筒积液规律认识不清导致排水采气措施针对性不高的难题,基于相似性原理,结合川西气田水平井井身结构特征研制了水平井井筒可视化模拟装置,装置采用准40mm×5mm的有机玻璃管组合连接而成,可通过改变支架系统参数模拟水平段不同型态、不同倾角条件下气井的排液情况。结合川西气田水平井气液产出特征开展了水平井水平段充满积液后卸载、气液同产、分段射孔气液同产生产过程模拟实验。结果表明,水平井水平段型态、水平段倾角对水平井最终排液率影响较小;水平段呈分层流,斜井段呈段塞流,垂直段呈环状流,液相滑脱主要发生在斜井段。现场井筒流压监测结果表明,井筒压降损失主要发生在斜井段,且压降梯度突变点位于造斜点附近,集中在造斜点上下200m范围内;明确了水平井的排液重点是斜井段的排液,为排水采气措施的针对性实施提供了指导。In view of the difficult problem that pertinence of drain measures is not high caused by the unclear law of liquid loading,the visualized simulation device of horizontal well bore was developed based on similar- ity principle according to the structural characteristics of horizontal well in West Sichuan Gas Field.The de- vice is made of organic glass tubes in φ40×5mm.The discharge situations of gas wells in different shapes and at various dip angles of horizontal section can be simulated by changing the parameters of the support system.Combined with the characteristics of gas and liquid production in the horizontal wells in West Sichuan Gas Field ,the simulation experiments of unloading after the horizontal section is filled with fluid,gas-liquid co-production,gas-liquid co-production process of staged perforation were carried out in the horizontal wells. The results show that the shapes and dip angles of the horizontal section in the horizontal wells have few influences on the final discharge rate of the horizontal wells.Stratified flow is in the horizontal sections,slug flow is in the inclined shaft sections ,annular flow is in the vertical sections ,and the liquid slippage mainly occurs in the inclined shaft sections.The wellbore flow pressure monitoring results present that the pressure drop loss mainly occurred in the inclined shaft sections,and the pressure gradient point mutations located near the KOP at the range of 200m.The key of liquid discharge is the draining in the inclined shaft sec- tions of the horizontal wells,which provides guidance for the pertinence of the drain measures .
