摘　　要：延迟焦化装置在生产过程中会产生大量废气、废水,同时挥发出大量带有异味的气体。为减少或避免这些有毒异味气体进入环境,独山子石化1.2Mt/a焦化装置对装置内有异味的区域进行排查,提出了一系列解决措施。通过在除臭系统废气流程后增加废气引风机,采用燃烧法将挥发性有机废气引致焦化加热炉进行燃烧,满足了废气中非甲烷总烃值≯120mg/m^3的标准要求,且对加热炉平稳运行和环保达标不造成影响;通过LDAR技术,实现了装置各密封点的长期监控和修复,尤其是异味较大的加热炉区域,减少了有毒有害气体排放;通过优化焦炭塔泄压、赶空气和放水操作,增加烧焦罐对废气水洗降温流程,减少了挥发性有机物的排放量;通过新水代替脱硫净化水、对酸性水过滤器进行置换和反冲洗,储焦池周围的异味明显减小;通过降低冷焦水、切焦水和焦炭温度,进一步降低了储焦池周围挥发性气体的散发。Delayed coking unit produces large amounts of waste gas and waste water and emits large amounts of odor gas during production.In order to reduce or prevent these toxic odor gases from entering the environ- ment,PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company investigated the odorous areas in its 1.2Mt/a delayed cok- ing unit and put forward a series of solutions.By installing exhaust gas fan downstream the exhaust gas pro- cess flow of deodorization system and adopting combustion method to introduce volatile organic exhaust gases into coking furnace for combustion,the total non-methane hydrocarbons in exhaust gas can be maintained at no higher than 120mg/m3 in accordance with relevant standards,while the smooth operation and environmental protection performance toring and repair of odor,so as to reduce of the furnace will not be affected.By adopting LDAR technology,the each sealing point of the the emission of toxic and unit can be achieved,especially in furnace long-term areas with monl- harmful gases.By optimizing the pressure relief,venting great and water drainage operations of coke drum and adding the washing and cooling process for exhaust gas ,the e- missions of VOCs can be reduced.By replacing the desulfurized purified water with fresh water and replacing and backwashing the acid water filter,the odor around the coke storage tank can be reduced obviously.By re- ducing the temperature of coke cooling water,coke cutting water and coke ,the emissions of VOCs around the coke storage tank can be further reduced.
