摘 要:本文分析了现有研究成果中影响建筑遗产价值评估的因素以及建筑遗产价值权重的计算方法,构建产多维价值的建筑遗产价值评估方法。在雷达图法和熵值法的理论基础上,构建了一种强调遗产多维价值的建筑遗产价值评估方法。本文选取建筑遗产综合评价因子,并给出建筑遗产综合价值权重的计算方法。将该方法用于横道河子建筑遗产保护中,所得到的综合价值评估结果与因子分析法相比较,结果表明:By summarizing the value evaluation methods for the architectural heritage in our country, this paper analyzed the factors that affect the value evaluation of architectural heritage. This paper also analyzed the calculation methods for the weight of the value of architectural heritage identified in current research to address multidimensionality in the evaluation of architectural heritage. On the basis of the theory of radar chart method and entropy meth- od, this paper constructed a value evaluation method for architectural heritage. This method emphasizes the multi- dimensional value of heritage, including the selection of comprehensive assessment factors and the calculation of the comprehensive value weight of architectural heritage. The method was applied in efforts to protect the architectural heritage of Hengdaohezi. The results were compared with those of factor analysis to verify the practicability, advantages, and disadvantages of this method in evaluating multidimensional value.
