冷凝式燃气热水器冬夏季工况性能实测分析

摘  要:以某燃气热水器为测试对象,采用试验方法,在不同进水压力和设定出水温度测试条件下,对燃气热水器热负荷、热效率、显热换热器换热比例进行实测计算分析。冬夏季工况,各进水压力下热负荷均随出水温度的增大而升高。相同测试条件下,由于夏季进水温度比冬季高,夏季工况的热水器热负荷比冬季工况低。热效率在冬、夏季均保持在较高水平。冬夏季工况的平均热效率比较接近,冬季工况的平均热效率比夏季工况稍高。冬夏季工况热水器的显热换热器换热量均占主导地位,夏季工况显热换热器换热比例比冬季工况高,主要是由于夏季进水温度较高,限制了冷凝换热器换热能力。Taking a gas water heater as the test object, the heat load and thermal efficiency of the gas water heater and the heat transfer ratio of the sensible heat exchanger are measured, calculated and analyzed by the test method under the different inlet water pres- sures and the set outlet water temperatures. Under win- ter and summer conditions, the heat loads under the different inlet water pressures all increase with the in- crease of outlet water temperature. Under the same test conditions, because the inlet water temperature in sum- mer is higher than that in winter, the heat load of the gas water heater under summer condition is lower than that under winter condition. The thermal efficiency maintains at a higher level in both winter and summer. The thermal efficiency under winter and summer condi- tions has the same change trend, namely both a down- ward trend with the increase of the inlet water pres- sure. The average thermal efficiency of a whole winter and summer conditions is relatively close, but the aver- age thermal efficiency of winter conditions is little high- er than summer conditions. The sensible heat exchang- er heat transfer ratios of the water heater under winter and summer condition are predominant, sensible heat exchanger heat transfer ratio of the water heater under summer condition is higher than that under winter con- ditions especially since the summer water temperature is higher, limiting the condensing heat exchanger heat.
