摘　　要：从硬件设计和软件设计两方面详细介绍了工控机系统在改性沥青防水卷材改性沥青制备系统中的设计应用,包括工控机系统的硬件组成、工作原理、硬件急停保护电路设计;相关PLC软件设计、相关组态软件设计等。From the aspects of hardware design and software design, the article details the design application of IPC in compound preparing system of modified bitumen waterproofing membrane production, including hardware composition of the IPC system, working principle, hardware emergency stop protection circuit design, related PLC software design, configuration software design et cetera.
