上海、南京和杭州城市休闲化协调发展比较研究

摘　　要：城市休闲化是后工业化时代城市发展的一种形态,其系统要素的协调发展反映了城市休闲化的总体水平。通过构建评价指标体系和协调发展度模型,对1994-2013年上海、南京和杭州的城市休闲化协调发展度进行测评,并比较分析协调发展阶段、特征及驱动要素。研究发现:①上海、南京和杭州目前均处于中度协调阶段,但上海进入时间较早;上海协调发展基础最好,而杭州提升速率最快。②城市化水平、经济增长和产业结构是城市休闲化的驱动要素。上海和杭州的城市化水平、南京和杭州的人均GDP、杭州的第三产业占比与城市休闲化协调发展关系更为紧密。③城市化水平极大影响上海城市休闲化协调发展,而第三产业占比则对南京和杭州影响更大。Urban recreationalization is a form of urban development in the post-industrial era, and the coordinated development of the system elements reflects the overall level of urban recreationalization. Through constructing evaluation index system and coordinated development degree model, this paper quantitatively studied urban recreationalization coordinated development of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou during 1994-2013, and comparatively analyzes the stage, characteristics and the driving element, The results are as follows. Firstly, urban recreationalization level are at the moderate coordination stage, while Shanghai eaters earlier. The foundation of Shanghai urban recreationalization coordinated development is the best, but the speed of Hangzhou is the fastest. Secondly, urbanization level, economic growth, and industrial structure are the driving factors of urban recreationalization. Urbanization level of Shanghai and Nanjing, the per capita GDP of Nanjing and Hangzhou, the proportion of tertiary industry of Hangzhou are more related to urban recreationalization coordinated development. Finally, urbanization level has greatly affected Shanghai urban recreationalization coordinated development, while the proportion of tertiary industry has greater impact in Nanjing and Hangzhou.
