摘　　要：浙江和珠三角地区农村工业化路径的差异,造成两地经济发展方式的差异,土地利用方式的差异,社会结构的差异,社会交往模式的差异以及乡村治理方式和国家与农民关系的差异。当前的浙江农村社会充满活力,而珠三角农村却落入到土地食利者利益固化的陷阱中了。The differences in the approaches to rural industrialization in Zhejiang province and the Pearl River Delta have brought about obvious differences in their patterns of economic development, ways of land use, social structures, social interac- tion modes, rural governance approaches, and the state-villagers relationships. Nowadays, the villages in Zhejiang province are hopeful and energetic, but the villages in the Pearl River Delta have been trapped in a plight of ossified interests for land rentiers.
