摘　　要：针对MOOC新型在线学习形式中学习流失率大,学习绩效差,学习支持服务急待跟进等问题,通过文献梳理、研究范畴划定、文献抽样、制定编码方案及定量定性分析等步骤,构建MOOC环境下学习支持服务模型.提出学习支持服务建设应从服务的个性化与智能化、拓展实验教学模式及丰富课程选择功能等方面进一步完善.In view of the problems of huge loss rate of learners,poor learning performance,ur-gently needed learning support service to follow up and so on in MOOC online learning form, the previous literature about learning support service is analyzed.The main steps include deter-mining the scope of research,literature sampling,coding scheme,quantitative and qualitative analysis.The learning support service model under the environment of MOOC is constructed.It is pointed out that the construction of learning support service should be further improved from individualized and intelligent service,expanding experimental teaching mode and enriching the functions of course selection.
