摘 要:以碳纳米管为研究对象,考察了碳纳米管用量对NR/SBR并用胶硫化特性、物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响。并且采用硅烷偶联剂如Si-69和KH-550对碳纳米管进行表面改性,考察改性碳纳米管对NR/SBR并用胶动态力学性能和物理机械性能的变化情况。实验结果表明:加入的未改性碳纳米管分散性不好导致胶料的综合物理机械性能有所下降。添加改性碳纳米管后,胶料拉伸强度、100%定伸应力均有所上升,拉断伸长率呈下降趋势。Based on the carbon nanotubes, the effects of carbon nanotube dosage on NR/SBR and the properties of rubber vulcanization, physical mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties were researched. In addition, the surface modification of the carbon nanofubes with silane coupling agent such as Si-69 and kh-550 was conducted to research the changes of the modified carbon nanotubes to NR/SBR and the dynamic mechanical properties and mechanical properties of the rubber. The results showed that the performance of the integrated physical mechanical properties of the unmodified carbon nanotubes has been reduced. After adding modified carbon nanotubes, the tensile strength and the 100% stretch stress were all increased, and the elongation at break was decreasing.
