进出口钢材外观检验中常见问题分析

摘　　要：针对广东进出口钢材外观检验的总体情况,分析了外观检验中的缺陷、二级品、残损估算三大常见问题。以普通碳素结构钢板为例对常见的缺陷进行分类、总结和分析,并结合国内外的技术标准,对常见缺陷存在的异同点进行对比,再以一个具体验残例子说明外观检验一般操作程序,提出了从事外观缺陷的检验人员要定期加强技术交流,建立图谱数据库以及熟悉中外标准的主要内容,辅以先进在线检测分析仪等建议,可以有效地帮助口岸一线的检验人员更好发挥口岸把关作用。In view of the general situation of the outward appearance inspection of the imported and exported steel in Guangdong,this paper analyzes three major problems in the inspection of the defects, namely the defects in the visual inspection and the estimation of the two grade and damage. In plain carbon structural steel as an example to classify,summarize and analyze the common defects,combined with the technical standards at home and abroad,the common defects of the similarities and differences were compared. Afterwards,the general operation procedure of visual inspection is illustrated with an experienced residual example,appearance defects inspection personnel regularly to strengthen technical exchanges,establish database and the main content of familiar foreign standards,combined with advanced online detection analyzer,can effectively help the front line of the port inspection personnel to better play the role of gatekeeper port.
