摘　　要：在特别贸易关注视角下,对1995—2016年中国提出及被提出的TBT特别贸易关注情况进行统计,重点分析被关注类型及内容,找出被关注较集中的产品类别,并提出针对性的应对策略,力求有助于相关中国出口企业合理规避技术性贸易壁垒及减少损失,为各地方政府调整产业发展方向,优化产业布局提供参考。In the view of special trade concern,this paper analyzes the special trade concerns of TBT proposed in China from 1995 to 2016,analyzes the types and contents of special trade concerns,analyzes the types of products that are concerned with the more concentrated products ,and puts forward the countermeasures Strategy,and strive to help the relevant Chinese export enterprises to reasonably avoid technical barriers to trade and reduce losses,provide a reference for the local government to adjust the direction of industrial development,optimize the industrial layout.
