摘  要:目的研究松针的不同活性部位对家兔动脉血压的影响,为阐明松针降压物质基础提供思路。方法将家兔40只随机分为8组,每组5只:模型组,阳性对照组,松针水提物组,松针环己烷部位组,松针乙酸乙酯部位组,松针正丁醇部位组,松针水部位组,松针多糖组。模型组耳缘静脉输液0.9%氯化钠注射液30滴/min;阳性对照组在模型组基础上静脉推注卡托普利;水提物组、环己烷部位组、乙酸乙酯部位组、正丁醇部位组、水部位组、多糖部位组分别静脉推注相应药物50 mg,100 mg,200 mg(生药量),应用BL-420F生物机能实验系统记录各组家兔动脉血压的变化。结果与模型组比较,阳性对照组平均动脉压下降(P<0.05)。与阳性对照组比较,松针水提物、松针正丁醇部位的大剂量组、松针水部位与松针多糖各剂量组平均动脉压下降幅度减少(P<0.05)。与阳性对照组比较,松针水提物、松针正丁醇部位的小、中剂量组,松针环己烷部位、松针乙酸乙酯部位的小、中、大剂量组平均动脉压下降幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论松针环己烷部位组,松针乙酸乙酯部位组降压活性最强,松针正丁醇部位组降压活性其次,松针水部位组,松针多糖部位组降压作用弱。松针降压活性成分集中在水提物极性小的部位。Objective To study the effect of different parts of pine needles on artery blood pressure of the rabbits,providing the thought for illuminating the material basement of pine needles' antihypotensive effect.Methods 40 rabbits were randomly divided into 8 groups,five in each group: model group,positive control group,aqueous extract group cyclohexane parts group,ethyl acetate parts group,n-butyl alcohol parts group,water parts group and polysaccharide group. Groups were investigated by the rabbit ear marginal vein respectively,the model group was injected 0. 9% sodium chloride with 30 drops per minute,the positive control group was given intravenous injection with captopril after given the sodium chloride injection,other groups were all given the drug with 50 mg,100 mg,200 mg( crude drug) respectively,then the changes of rabbits' artery blood pressure from these groups would be recorded by BL-420 F biological function experiment system. Results Compared with the model group,the mean arterial pressure of the positive control group slowed down( P0.05). Compared with the positive control group,the mean arterial pressure declined less in the large dose sub-group of n-butyl alcohol parts group and all sub-groups of water parts group and polysaccharide group( P0.05). Compared with the positive control group,the differences of the mean arterial pressure's failing ranges of the small,medium dose sub-groups of the aqueous extract and n-butanol part groups and all sub-groups of the pine needle cyclohexane parts and ethyl acetate parts groups have no statistical significance( P0.05). Conclusion The antihypotensive activity of the cyclohexane parts group and the ethylacetate parts group are the strongest,and that of the n-butyl alcohol parts group takes the second place.The water parts group and polysaccharide group have weak antihypertensive effect.The active hypotensive ingredient of pine needle is concentrated in parts of aqueous extract with low polarity.
