摘　　要：绿色信贷作为调整资金流向、产业结构的重要经济手段,对产业升级和经济健康发展非常重要。建立政府、银行和企业之间绿色信贷的3方博弈模型,运用复制动态方程分析3者之间在绿色信贷政策实践中的动态演化博弈过程,最后进行了演化稳定策略分析,并根据分析结果提出了实施绿色信贷中更有针对性的对策建议。Green credit, as an important economic means of adjusting capital flow and industrial structure, is very important to industrial updating and sound economic development. This paper established a tripartite game model of green credit among the government, banks and enterprise, analyzed the dynamic evolutionary process of the three players in the practice of the green credit policy by the use of the replicated dynamic equation, and finally studied the evolutionary stability of the strategies. And more targeted countermeasures in the implementation of green credit are put forward based on the analyzed.
