摘  要:对2012—2016年1 000 MW等级燃煤火电机组非计划停运次数及持续时间进行了统计与分析。该等级机组共发生非计划停运166次,累计非停时间9 440.22 h。其中因锅炉及其辅助设备所导致的非计划停运次数达到78次,累计非停时间为5 409.22 h,占总非停时间的57.30%;因汽轮机系统导致的非计划停运次数为42次,累计非停时间3 060.85 h,占总非停时间的32.42%。通过对锅炉、汽轮机等系统非计划停运技术与责任原因的分析,找出了影响火电机组可靠性的相对薄弱环节,为加强对机组可靠性薄弱部位的日常维护管理提供了参考和依据。The times and total duration of forced outages of thermal power units with the capacity of 1 000 MW between 2012 and 2016 are counted and analyzed. There are 166 forced outages for all the units, and the total duration is 9 440.22 hours. The times of forced outages caused by boilers and their auxiliary equipments are 78 and the total duration is 5 409.22 hours, accounting for 57.30% of the total forced outage time; while that caused by the turbine systems are 42 and the total duration is 3 060.85 hours, accounting for 32.42% of the total forced outage time. The analysis of technical and liability reasons of the forced outages helps to find out the relative weakness which lowers the unit operating reliability and provides the reference and basis for improving the routine maintenance and management.
