摘 要:实现对发电计划方案的全面评估,对于发电计划的选择具有重要意义。首先完整的发电计划评估指标体系基础上,将三标度法与理想解法相结合。求取权重过程中采用迭代的思想,既保证了计算精度,又避免了传统赋权过程中一致性校验不易通过的问题;然后采用理想解法进行方案评估,通过计算待评估方案的各指标数值与指标的正负理想解的欧拉距离对本方案进行打分,实现了对发电计划的评估。最后通过电网实际数据验证了本文所提方法的有效性。Achieving a comprehensive assessment of the power generation scheduling is important for choosing power generation plans. Firstly, a complete set of indicator system is established. Then, by combining with TOPSIS method, the three-demarcation method is used to calculate the indicator weight with the idea of iteration, which can not only ensure the accuracy of calculation, but also avoid the difficulty of consistency check in the process of traditional weighting. Then the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the scheme, in which the indicators of the scheme and the Euler distance between the positive and negative ideal solutions are used to grading the scheme, subsequently realizing the evaluation of the power generation scheduling. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the data of actual power grid.
