摘 要:作为边坡加固的一种新型支护形式,打入式钢管土钉具有安全可靠、施工工艺简便、施工成本低等特点,在软土基坑支护工程中有广泛应用。钢管土钉通过全长开设梅花形注浆孔并增加角钢倒刺,使得成孔直径大于钢管本身,在后续注浆过程中,水泥浆通过注浆孔压入周边土体,增大钢管与周边土体摩擦系数,并对钢管起到保护作用,避免钢管在土中受到锈蚀,从而提高了钢管的支护性能。钢管土钉在昆明景成大厦项目超大超深软土基坑支护中的应用,解决了边坡地质条件不利带来的影响,增加了边坡支护的安全稳定性,降低了工程成本。As a new type of support form for slope reinforcement, infiltrating type steel pipe soil nail is safe and reliable, of simple construction and low cost, which is widely used in the soft soil foundation excavation supporting engineering. Through opening quincunx grouting hole and adding barb angle for steel pipe soil nail, it made its hole diameter to be larger than the steel pipe itself. In the subsequent grouting process, grouting slurry goes into the surrounding soil through pore pressure to increase the friction coefficient, and protect steel pipe from corrosion, so as to improve the performance of steel pipe support. The application of steel pipe soil nail in Kunming Jingcheng project solved the adverse impact of slope geological conditions, increased the safety stability of the slope support, and reduced the engineering cost.
