摘 要:为深入研究热力学排气的控压性能以及消除外部漏热的能力,通过搭建地面热力学排气测试平台,采用R123为实验工质,在外部漏热为800 W、初始液位为0.595m的条件下,开展了箱体增压、混合喷射降压以及节流制冷3种不同工作模式下的实验研究,分析了不同阶段箱体压力以及箱内流体温度变化。结果表明:在漏热增压阶段,箱体压增速率为60.583kPa/h;在混合降压阶段,增大循环流量对降低气相温度是有益的;在循环流量为150L/h、节流比为11.73%~13.33%的工况下,热力学排气系统工作8次,共排气20.536kg,最大制冷量为1 362 W;与直接排气方式相比,工作运行2h,热力学排气可节省41%的排气损失。该结果可为进一步开展低温实验提供技术参考与借鉴。To conduct in-depth study on the performance of tank pressure control and the ability of heat leakage removing, an experimental rig was built to research the performance of thermodynamic vent system (TVS) with the simulant fluid of R123. The experimental research under three operation modes of tank pressurization, mixing injection depressurization and throttling refrigeration were conducted at the heat load of 800 W and the initial liquid height of 0. 595 m. The tank pressure variation and fluid temperature change were analyzed during different operation modes. The results showed that, subjected to the external heat leak, the tank pressure rising rate was about 60. 583 kPa/h during the tank pressurization phase; while in the mixing injection phase, increasing the circulation volume flow was beneficial to the reduction of vapor temperature. With the circulation volume flow of 150 L/h and the throttling rate of 11.73%-13.33%, the total venting gas was 20. 536 kg for 8 throttling operation cycles. The maximum refrigeration capacity of one throttling operation cycle was 1 362 W. Compared with the direct venting gas approach, TVS has saved 41% exhaust loss for 2 hours' operation. The valuable conclusion could provide a technical reference for a further experiment on the cryogenic fluid thermodynamic vent system.
