形神理论体系核心架构演变过程探究

摘　　要：人类学家、文明史学家一直以来均有"医源于巫"的观点,我国的古"医"字写作"醫"或"毉",明显可见"医"与"巫"之间密不可分的关系,"天神透过巫掌管人间"的层次观点渗入医学体系中,影响并形成中医学的形神理论。上古巫文化以"天(神)-巫-人"为核心架构的天人体系,至春秋时期,诸子以哲学思辨将其转化为"天(神)-心-人"体系,至战国晚期,以人为重心,建构出"神-心-形"的形神体系。此哲学思维模式影响中医学而形成中医原创思维"形神一体观"的核心架构,有效指导中医学数千年,由此发展出灿烂的中医文化。形神观的核心架构:"神-心-形"思维体系演变过程的确立,丰富并完善形神理论,明确了中医学天人合一之整体观的原创思维内涵,印证哲学对医学的指导意义,可使中医学能在更坚实的哲学、文化之根基上将理论及临床应用推向更宽广的境界。Anthropologists and civilization historians always hold that ＂ medicine originates from witchcraft＂. The ancient Chinese character of medicine is closely related with the Chinese character of witchcraft. The value of ＂ Gold master the mortal world by witchcraft＂ permeates through the medical system and influences the formation of form-spirit theory. In the witchcraft culture,people regard ＂ heaven（ god）-witchcraft-human beings＂ as the core structure of heaven-human system. In the Spring and Autumn period,it transformed into ＂ heaven（ god）-heart-human beings＂ system. In the late Warring States period,they established the ＂spirit-heart-form＂ system with human beings as the core. This philosophical thinking mode influences the ＂ spirit-body ＂ core structure in the original thinking,which has effectively guided the development of Chinese medicine for thousands of years and promoted the formation of the splendid Chinese medicine culture. The establishment of ＂ spirit-heart-form＂ enriches and perfects the form-spirit value,identifies the holisam of correspondence between heaven and human body,confirms the guiding significance of philosophy for medicine,which will broaden the theories and clinical application of Chinese medicine based on solid philosophy and cultural basis.
