温肾暖胞助孕丸治疗脾肾阳虚型不孕症60例

摘　　要：目的:观察温肾暖胞助孕丸治疗脾肾阳虚型不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将120例脾肾阳虚型不孕症的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予调经促孕丸,观察组给予温肾暖胞助孕丸。观察两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后激素[黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、睾酮(testosterone,T)]水平。观察两组患者的排卵率、妊娠率及治疗前后中医症状积分变化情况。结果:两组患者经治疗后FSH较治疗前升高,LH、E2、T水平较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组LH、T水平明显低于对照组,FSH高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医症状积分均明显低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组排卵率为33.33%,妊娠率为8.33%,观察组排卵率为63.33%,妊娠率为26.67%,两组患者排卵率及妊娠率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为61.66%,观察组有效率为81.66%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:温肾暖胞助孕丸治疗脾肾阳虚型不孕症患者,能有效改善中医症状,促进排卵,增加妊娠率,临床疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Kidney and Uterus-Warming and Pregnancy-Promoting Pills on infertility of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods： Totally 120 patients with infertility of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome were randomized into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. Control group were given Menstruation-Regulating and Pregnancy-Promoting Pills while observation group were given Kidney and Uterus-Warming and PregnancyPromoting Pills. The clinical effects and the levels of LH,P,FSH,E2 and T before and after treatment in both groups were detected. The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and changes of the TCM symptom scores in both groups were observed. After treatment the levels of FSH increased while the levels of LH,E2 and T declined in both groups; the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The TCM symptom scores in both groups declined after treatment,and the decline in observation group was greater than that in control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 01）. The ovulation rate was 33. 33% in control group and 63. 33%in observation group; the pregnancy rate was 8. 33% in control group and 26. 67% in observation group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate was 61. 66% in control group and 81. 66% in observation group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： For the treatment of infertility of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Kidney and Uterus-Warming and Pregnancy-Promoting Pills can effectively improve the TCM symptoms,promote ovulation,increase pregnancy rate,and the clinical therapeutic effects is definite.
