推拿点穴治疗产后乳房肿块临床研究

摘　　要：推拿点穴治疗产后乳房肿块疗效显著,且能够改善患者症状,缓解痛苦,临床研究推拿点穴治疗产后乳房肿块具有重要意义以及广阔的前景。推拿点穴治疗产后乳房肿块的主要方法有:单用推拿,推拿结合内治法,推拿结合外治法,综合疗法。推拿点穴治疗产后乳房肿块的研究应规范推拿点穴手法,优化选穴,加强科研设计及作用机制研究。如能采用严谨规范的多中心大样本随机对照试验,运用推拿手法在不同腧穴间相对照,通过现代医学检测手段和生化指标,阐明其治疗机理,为推拿点穴诊治此病提供更有力的依据,亦能促进中医推拿学的进一步应用和发展。Tuina therapy and acupoint-pressing has significant therapeutic effects on postpartum breast lump,which can improve the symptoms and relieve pain. Clinical researches prove that Tuina therapy and acupoint-pressing has great significance and broad prospect for the treatment of postpartum breast lump. The main methods include： simple Tuina,Tuina combined with internal therapy,Tuina combined with external therapy and comprehensive therapy. For the treatment of postpartum breast lump by Tuina therapy and acupoint-pressing,manipulations should be specified,the acupoint selected should be optimized,scientific design and researches on action mechanism should be strengthened. More rigorous,standard,multi-center,large-sample randomized control experiments as well as contrast between effects of Tuina manipulation on different acupoints and expounding of the therapeutic mechanism with modern medical examination manners and biochemical indices can provide more persuasive evidences for the therapy on this disease and also promote further application and development of Tuina of Chinese Medicine.
