穴位敷贴治疗成人缺铁性贫血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位敷贴治疗成人缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法:选择2016年4月—2016年6月成都市第一人民医院血液内科收治的缺铁性贫血患者80例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规补铁治疗,治疗组给予常规补铁加穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白量的变化。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率90%,对照组有效率70%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗组有效率95%,对照组有效率75%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规补铁治疗加穴位敷贴治疗成人缺铁性贫血有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupoint plastering therapy on adult iron deficiency anemia. Methods： Totally 80 patients with iron deficiency anemia treated in the First People＇s Hospital of Chengdu between April 2016 and June 2016 were randomized into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional iron supplementation treatment while treatment group were added with acupoint plastering therapy. The changes of the hemoglobin,average erythrocyte volume and mean corpuscular hemoglobin in the two groups were compared. Results： For the clinical effects,the effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 70% in control group（ P〈0. 05）. For efficacy on the TCM symptoms,the effective rate was 95% in treatment group and 75% in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of hemoglobin,average erythrocyte volume and mean corpuscular hemoglobin in treatment group were superior to those in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Conventional iron supplementation combined with acupoint plastering therapy has good therapeutic effects on adult iron deficiency anemia.
