摘 要:针对高比例可再生能源接入电网,无法主动提供频率调节和惯量响应的问题,给出一种新能源并网逆变器的虚拟同步发电机控制策略。在建立有功控制环小信号模型的基础上,遵从"最优二阶系统"的方法设计了有功环虚拟惯量和阻尼系数;再按照控制带宽1∶10∶100的关系,分别设计无功、电压、电流环的控制参数。最后搭建了基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真模型,验证了虚拟同步发电机控制策略的可行性和所设计控制参数的合理性。On account of issues that high-penetration renewable energy can not provide frequency regulation and inertia response to the grid,this paper presented a virtual synchronous generator( VSG) control strategy. On the basis of building the small-signal model of the active power loop,coefficients of the virtual inertia and damping were designed according to the "optimal second order system"method. Next,based on the bandwith distribution ratio in1∶ 10∶ 100,the control parameters of the reactive power,voltage and current loop were designed respectively. Finally,in the MATLAB/Simulink platform,the feasibility of the VSG control strategy and the reasonablity of the control parameters were verified.
