摘 要:为研究新疆国际会展中心屋面张弦桁架支座铸钢节点的承载性能,对该铸钢节点的1/2缩尺试件进行了加载试验.试验结果表明,在最不利设计工况组合下,节点满足设计的承载能力要求.对节点试件进行弹塑性有限元分析,结果表明有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了有限元数值模型的可靠性.对铸钢节点的承载性能指标和安全储备进行了综合评估,为张弦桁架铸钢节点工程设计提供试验数据和参考.In order to study the load-carrying capacity of a cast steel joint in the truss string structure of Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, loading test on the cast steel joint with 1/2 scale is conducted. It is revealed that the load-carrying capacity of the test joint can satisfy the requirement of the most unfavorable design load combinations. The elastoplastic finite element analysis of the cast steel joint specimen is carried out, revealing good agreement between experimental and numerical results; hence the reliability of the finite element model is validated. Based on the obtained experimental and numerical results, the load-carrying capacity and corresponding safety margin are both assessed, so as to provide the reference for design of cast steel joints in truss string structures.
