摘  要:通过在热压硫化过程中施加电场使丁苯橡胶(SBR)与无镀层钢丝粘接,考察了粘接性能的影响因素,研究了炭黑/稻壳源白炭黑不同并用质量比时SBR硫化胶与钢丝的粘接界面形貌和元素含量的变化。结果表明,当渗硫剂和导电炭黑用量分别为20,15份、炭黑/稻壳源白炭黑(质量比)为20/20时,粘接性能达到最佳;随着稻壳源白炭黑并用量的增加,钢丝表面硫元素的含量增加,铁元素含量减少,SBR硫化胶与钢丝粘接界面的附胶量和附胶厚度都明显增加,但当稻壳源白炭黑并用量超过20份时,钢丝表面硫元素含量明显减少,铁元素含量增加,粘接界面呈片状剥脱,仅出现局部附胶。Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) was bond uncoated steel wire by applying electric field during heat-pressing vulcanization, the influence factors of adhesive properties were investigated, and the surface morphology and elements content of the bonding interface between SBR vulcanizates and steel wire were studied at different mass ratio of car- bon black/rice husk silica. The results showed that the adhesive properties was the best when amount of the sulfurizing agent and the conductive carbon black was 20,15 phr respectively, and the mass ratio of carbon black/rice husk silica was 20/20. With the increase of blending amount of rice husk silica, thesulfur element content on the steel surface in- creased, iron element content decreased, and the dip pick-up and adhesive thickness of bonding inter- face between SBR vulcanizates and steel wire in- creased obviously. When amount of the rice husk silica was more than 20 phr, the sulfur element con- tent on the steel surface decreased obviously, iron element content increased, and the bonding interface desquamated flakily with only partial adhesion.
