摘 要:以庚烷为溶剂,用硅烷偶联剂Si 69改性白炭黑,采用湿法混炼工艺制备了白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)混炼胶,研究了白炭黑的改性效果、经研磨后的粒径分布及混合液脱挥后的溶剂残余量,考察了SSBR混炼胶的加工和硫化特性及其硫化胶的物理机械性能、耐磨性能、动态力学性能,并与干法混炼工艺进行了比较。结果表明,Si 69与白炭黑表面羟基发生缩合反应,改性白炭黑经高效分散机研磨后可有效降低其粒径,通过双螺杆挤出机脱除胶浆混合液溶剂制得的混炼胶中,残余溶剂质量分数为0.96%~0.98%,且白炭黑分散均匀;与干法SSBR混炼胶及其硫化胶相比,湿法SSBR混炼胶的一段排胶温度低,门尼黏度大、正硫化时间缩短,硫化胶的拉伸强度略高,磨耗性能、滚动阻力和抗湿滑性能较优。With n-heptane as solvent, the silica was modified with silane coupling agent Si 69, and the solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) compounds filled with silica by wet-mixing. The modification effect and particles size distribution of silica after grinding, and solvent residual volume of the compounds were studied after devolatilizing mixed liquor, the processing and curing characteris- tics of SSBR compounds, the mechanical properties, wear resistance and dynamical mechanical properties of the vulcanizates were investigated and compared with dry-mixing. The results showed that the con- densation reaction of Si 69 with hydroxyl group on surface of silica was occurred. The particles size of modified silica decreased after grinding by efficient disperser. The solvent residual volume of the com- pounds was 0.96% -0.98% after devolatilizing mixed liquor by twin-screw extruder, and the silica dispersed uniformly. Compared with those of SSBR vulcanizates by dry-mixing, the first stage dump temperature of SSBR compound was lower, the Moo- hey viscosity was bigger and the optimum curing time shortened. The tensile strength of the vulcani- zates increased, and the wear resistance, rolling re- sistance and wet skid resistance was superior.
