摘  要:探讨不同捻度对平行纺羊毛涤纶双向包缠纱的影响。采用涤纶长丝作为外包长丝,羊毛粗纱作为芯纱来源,通过改变空心锭转速,成功纺出6种不同捻度的羊毛涤纶双向包缠纱,对其表面结构进行观察,并对力学性能、毛羽、条干均匀度等相关方面进行测试。结果表明:当双向包缠纱捻度为350捻/m时,包缠纱外观均匀、综合性能最为优异。认为:羊毛涤纶双向包缠纱可用于开发蓬松、透气、柔软的针织和机织产品。Influence of different twist on wool polyester bi-directional wrapped yarn with parallel spinning was discussed. Polyester filament was used as covering filament. Wool roving was used as core yarn source. By changing the speed of hollow spindle,six kinds of wool polyester bi-directional wrapped yarn with different twists were successfully spun. Their surface structures were observed. The related properties like mechanical properties, hairiness,and yarn evenness etc. were tested. The test results show that appearance of wrapped yarn is uniform and overall properties are optimized when the twist of hi-directional wrapped yarn is 350 twists/m. It is considered that wool polyester bi-directional wrapped yarn can be used for the development of loose, breathable and soft knit- ted and woven products.
