摘  要:探讨NMMO处理汉麻织物的最佳工艺条件。以弯曲长度、折皱回复角、透气率和液态水动态传递综合指数的综合评分为评价指标,采用响应面法进行优化。结果表明:响应面法得到的最佳处理工艺为NMMO溶液浓度30.15g/L,处理时间45min,处理温度63.7℃,在此工艺条件下对汉麻织物进行处理,其综合评分与预测综合评分相差4.98%,结果与预测值接近;且汉麻织物的服用性能和织物风格得到了较好改善。认为响应面法优化NMMO处理汉麻织物工艺条件方法可行。Optimized process conditions for NMMO treatment of hemp fabric were discussed. The compre- hensive grade according to bending length,creasy recovery angle,air permeability and comprehensive index of liq- uid water dynamic delivery were taken as evaluation index. Response surface method was adopted for optimiza- tion. The test results show that the optimized treatment process obtains with response surface method is 30.15 g/L NMMO solution,45 min treatment time and 63.7 ℃ treatment temperature. Treating hemp fabrics with processing condition,the difference between comprehensive grade and predicted comprehensive grade is only 4. 98%. The result is close to the predictive value. Moreover, the wearability and fabric style of hemp fabric are improved. It is considered that it is feasible for NMMO treatment of hemp fabric using response surface method to optimize the process condition.
