摘　　要：总结重叠式四方连续经起花织物的设计要点。介绍了纹样设计、组织设计、织物CAD模拟、小样试织等方面的要点;测试了织物小样的厚度。结果表明:试织的织物小样花纹大且清晰,立体感较强,实现左右上下无限扩展,但织物反面的浮长线较长。认为:设计的织物较厚,可以做秋冬季节装饰面料。Design key points for overlapping four consecutive pattern wrap figured fabric were summarized. Key points in aspects of pattern design, texture design, fabric CAD simulation, sample weaving and so on were in- troduced. The thickness of fabric sample was tested. The test results show that woven samples have big and clear figures with strong third dimensions sense. The infinite extension from left to right and from top to bottom is a- chieved. However,the float length in the back side of fabric is longer. It is considered that the designed fabric is thicker and it can be used as decorating fabric for autumn and winter.
