摘  要:探讨"轻加压,重定量,高速度"生产工艺对R 14.8tex强捻纱的影响及应用效果。分析了轻加压生产工艺的牵伸控制特性。以纺R 14.8tex强捻纱为例,对上销、中胶辊、内花纹胶圈和前后胶辊的选用进行对比试验,对粗纱定量、粗纱捻系数、后区牵伸倍数、罗拉中心距、钳口隔距和摇架压力等工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:R 14.8tex强捻纱实施轻加压生产工艺后成纱质量改善明显,设备负荷下降,细纱相关机配件和纺织器材的消耗大幅减少,吨纱耗电量明显下降,产量增加,用工减少。认为:轻加压生产工艺是企业实现高效低耗生产的优势纺纱工艺技术。Influence and application effect of slighter pressure,heavier weight per unit and higher speed pro- duction technology on R 14.8 tex hard twist yarn were discussed. Drafting control property of slighter pressure production technology was analyzed. Taking spin R 14.8 rex hard twist yarn as example,the selection of top pin, middle rubber covered roll,interior pattern apron and front & back rubber-covered roll were contrasted and test ed. The technology parameters were optimized like roving weight per unit, roving twist factor,draft multiple in back zone,roller center distance,nip gauge and cradle pressure. The results show that R 14.8 tex hard twist yarn quality is improved obviously, equipment loading is decreased, the consumption of spun yarn related accessories and textile appliance & accessories are decreased, power consumption per ton yarn is obviously decreased, the yield is increased and labor consumption is reduced after adopting slighter pressure production technology, h is considered that slighter pressure production technology is the advantage spinning technology that can realize high- er-efficicnt and lower consumption production.
