摘  要:总结利用鱼刺图分析喷气织机纬缩疵点的成因。结合纺织企业实际生产,应用鱼刺图法,从操作者、设备、原材料、方法、环境等五个方面,分析了喷气织机织造过程中产生纬缩疵点的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施;例如:采用质量较好的原纱及筒子纱,避免浆纱出现浆斑、轻浆等疵点,核查喷气织机的主辅喷嘴安装位置,合理设置织造工艺参数等。认为:通过采取一系列技术措施,可以提高喷气织机的织机效率,有效减少纬缩疵点。Factors of air-jet loom weft shrinkage defect analyzing by fishbone diagram were summarized. Combining with the actual production of textile enterprise,the causes of weft shrinkage defect during air-jet loom weaving process were analyzed by fishbone diagram method from the five aspects like operator,device, raw mate rial, method and environment. The corresponding measures were put forward like adopting better quality raw yarn and cheese,avoiding starch lump,lighter sizing and so on in sizing,checking the main & additional nozzle installa tion location of air-jet loom, reasonable setting weaving technology parameters and so on. It is considered that loom air-jet loom efficiency can be improved and weft shrinkage defect can be reduced effectively hy adopting a se- ries of technology measures.
