摘 要:目的研究某汽车制造业存在不明物质工位的职业病危害因素。方法采用便携式气质联用仪对现场的挥发性有机物进行在线定性和半定量分析。结果各工位均能准确定性职业病危害因素,质谱图出峰时间与标准物质出峰时间基本一致,与标准NIST库的匹配度较高。半定量结果为:2.27~253.27 ppb,所检出物质符合现场挥发物的特性。结论便携式气质联用技术适用于复杂的职业病危害工作场所空气中挥发性有机化合物的定性和半定量检测。Objective To study occupational hazards of unknown materials in automobile industry by portable GC-MS. Methods Online qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of volatile organic chemicals in workplace air was performed by portable GC-MS. Results The occupational hazards could be identified in all stations..The peak time of mass spectrometry was basically the same as that of the standard substance, and matching degree was highl with the standard NIST library. The results of semi-quantitative ranged from 2.27 to 253.27ppb, and the detected materials were in line with the characteristics of volatile organics in workplace. Conclusion GC-MS hyphenated technique is suitable for the detection of complex occupational hazards in workplaces, and it can be used as the qualitative and even semi-quantitative detection of workplace.
