摘 要:目的建立尿中硫氰酸盐的离子色谱测定方法。方法尿样经离心后,用纯水稀释10倍。经C18固相萃取柱净化,离子色谱仪进行分析。结果尿中硫氰酸盐在0.25~20.0 mg/L线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.10 mg/L,定量限为0.30 mg/L,批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.67%~8.64%,批间RSD为5.44%~8.97%,加标回收率为91.5%~101.7%。结论本方法精密度高、线性关系好、准确度高、检出限低,适用于人尿中硫氰酸盐的测定。Objective The study was conducted to establish a method for determination of the thiocyanate in urine by suppressed conductivity detection-ion chromatography detection. Methods Urine was centrifugated and diluted 10-folds with pure water, and then purified with C18 solid-phase extraction column, and finally detected by ion chromatography. Results Linear correlation coefficient of thiocyanate in urine at 0.25-20.0 mg/L was 0.999, the detection limit was 0.10 mg/L, and the quantification limit was 0.30 mg/L. The within-run relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged between 4.67% and 8.64%, and the between-run RSD ranged between 5.44% and 8.97%. The adding standard recovery was 91.5%-101.7%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, good in linear correlation, accurate, and reproducible, and can be applicable for determining thiocyanate in human urine.
