摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位微创小切口内固定术治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法选取龙岩市第二医院2013年8月—2016年5月收治的Pilon骨折患者83例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=42)。观察组患者采用闭合复位微创小切口内固定术治疗,对照组患者采用切开钢板螺钉内固定术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及临床效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用闭合复位微创小切口内固定术治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果确切,可缩短手术时间,有效促进关节功能恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods A total of 83 cases of Pilon fracture patients were selected from August 2013 to May2016 in the Second Hospital of Longyan,which were divided into observation group（ n = 41） and control group（ n = 42） according to random number table. Observation group was given closed reduction and minimally invasive internal fixation,control group was given internal fixation of internal fixation with steel plate. The operation time,hospital stays,intraoperatve blood loss and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of operation time,hospital stays were shorter than control group,intraoperatve blood loss was less than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Closed reduction and minimally invasive internal fixation has a significantly clincial effect in the treatment of Pilon fracture,it can shorten operation time,and effectively promote the joint function recovery.
