摘　　要：脑肿瘤是我国十大常见肿瘤之一,其中又以胶质瘤最多见,占脑肿瘤的40%~60%。在精准医疗的要求下,疾病的诊治正朝着分子诊断、个体化及精准诊断和治疗方向发展,这就对神经外科专科医师提出了更高的要求。本文将从神经外科理论和实践培训、病理学及分子病理培训、测序及生物信息学培训、放疗及化疗培训、基础科学研究、神经影像学以及心理干预培训多学科交叉培训在神经外科脑胶质瘤领域研究生培养中的重要性进行陈述。Brain tumor is one of the ten most common tumors in China, glioma is the most common, accounting for 40%-60% of brain tumors. At the request of precision medicine, diagnosis and treatment of diseases is moving towards molecular diagnosis, individual and precise treatment of the direction of development, which puts a higher demand on the neurosurgical specialist. This article will present the importance in neurosurgery graduate students from the ueuro- surgery theory, the training of pathology and molecular pathology, sequencing and bioinformatics, radiochemotherapy, basic science research, neuroimaging, psychological intervention.
