摘 要:采用自制的复合洗涤液,选用热化学洗涤处理法,在氢氧化钠和复合洗涤液质量分数分别为2.0%,3.0%,油罐底泥/复合洗涤液(质量比)为1∶3,洗涤时间为120 min,洗涤温度为60℃,搅拌转速为300 r/min的条件下,可处理油罐底泥。结果表明:在此条件下,油罐底泥可实现油、水和砂土三相分离,脱油率达到97.6%;油罐底泥洗涤后,洗涤废水经过破乳,混凝处理,含悬浮物和含油质量浓度分别为2.0,8.0 mg/L,浊度为3.2 NTU,可以排往污水处理系统或循环使用。The bottom sludge from oil tank was treated by thermal chemical washing method with self - made compound washing liquid under the con- ditions of the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide and compound washing liquid 2.0% , 3.0% respective- ly, bottom sludge from oil tank to compound washing liquid mass ratio 1 : 3, washing time 120 min, washing temperature 60 ~C and stirring speed 300 r/min. The results showed that under these conditions, the three - phase separation of oil,water and sand in the bottom sludge from oil tank could be carried out, thedeoiling rate was 97.6%. After the bottom sludge from oil tank washed, the washing waste water was treated by demulsification and coagulation,the mass concentration of suspended solids and oil was 2.0, 8.0 mg/L respectively, turbidity 3.2 NTU, it could be discharged into a sewage treatment system or cy- clic utilization.
