摘 要:为了探索城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰(简称飞灰)在沥青路面中脱"危"利用的可行性,对飞灰/沥青胶浆的性能进行了系列研究。结果表明,沥青中加入飞灰后,延度与针入度降低,软化点提高,与酸性集料的黏附性提高;与矿粉/沥青胶浆相比,飞灰/沥青胶浆的15℃延度低2.77~3.32倍、25℃延度低6.33~13.0倍、针入度小37.4%~55.2%、软化点高9.6%~22.6%。飞灰/沥青胶浆的抗车辙能力改善显著,飞灰对沥青抗车辙能力的改善效果平均约为矿粉对沥青抗车辙能力的改善效果的16.96倍,且掺量越高温度越高,改善效果越显著。飞灰/沥青胶浆的低温性能有所降低,飞灰/沥青胶浆的s,m平均值约为沥青胶浆的1.75倍、0.77倍,平均值约为矿粉/沥青胶浆的1.60倍、0.85倍,说明飞灰对沥青胶浆低温性能的降低程度高于矿粉对沥青胶浆低温性能的降低程度,且飞灰的掺量受到低温性能的限制,但在一定掺量范围内,飞灰/沥青胶浆的低温性能满足Superpave的技术标准。飞灰/沥青胶浆中重金属浸出的种类与含量均少于原样飞灰中重金属浸出的种类与含量,这是因为飞灰中的重金属被屏蔽在沥青的选择性吸附层、物理吸附层及化学吸附层下,达到了采用沥青包覆飞灰、稳固重金属的目的。飞灰的沥青路用清洁化、资源化具有可行性。In order to study the feasibility of escaping from dangerous for municipal solid waste incinerator fly ash (fly ash for short) applying in asphalt pavement, the performance of fly ash/asphalt mastic is studied. The result shows that ( 1 ) after fly ash mixed in asphalt binder, the ductility and the penetration degree decrease, the softening point and the adhesion with acidic aggregates increase; (2) compared with mineral powder/ asphalt mastic, the ductility of fly ash/asphalt mastic lowers 2. 77 - 3.32 times at 15 -C and it lowers 6. 33 - 13.0 times at 25 -C, and penetration degree decreased by 37.4% - 55.2%, but softening point increased by 9. 6% - 22. 6% ; (3) the anti-rutting ability of fly ash/asphah mastic enhanced greatly, the improvement effect of fly ash on the asphalt anti-rutting capability is about average 16. 96 times as large as that of mine powder on the asphalt anti-rutting ability, besides, the higher the proportion of fly ash and the temperature are, the more remarkable the improvement effect will be; (4) but the low temperature crack resistance lowers slightly, the s and m of fly ash/asphah mortar are about average 1.75 times and 0. 77 times as large as those of asphalt mastic, and about 1.60 times, 0. 85 times as large as those of mineral powder/as phalt mastic, it means the decrease degree of fly ash on low temperature performance of asphalt mastic is higher than that of mineral powder, and the content of fly ash is limited, however, the low temperature crack resistance of fly ash/asphalt mastic could meet the technical standards about Superpave in a certain fly ash content range; (5) the types and contents of heavy metal leaching in fly ash/asphalt paste are less than those of heavy metal leaching in fly ash, because the heavy metal in fly ash are blocked in selective, physical and chemical adsorption layers of asphalt binders, so it reached the purpose of cladding fly ash and obtaining heavy metal stabilization.
