摘  要:利用车辆行驶过程中的卫星定位数据,可以计算和识别诸如超速和不按规定路线行驶等违规驾驶行为。准确有效的识别结果,能够为道路运输行业管理部门和运输企业实现动态安全管理提供充分可靠的管理依据。针对已有的违规驾驶行为辨识算法在抗数据噪声干扰方面的不足,提出了一种带抗噪声的违规驾驶行为辨识的方法。该方法结合预定行驶路线的地理坐标信息和分段限速值等基准判定数据,通过比较车辆当前行驶位置的卫星定位坐标与预定行驶路线最近坐标的球面距离值等,来判断和统计是否发生不按规定路线行驶的行为。通过比较车辆实时行驶速度、当前路段限速值和违规阈值等参数来判断和统计是否发生违规超速的行为。结合道路运输企业营运车辆实际运行过程中产生的大量车辆卫星定位数据,对所提出的辨识方法进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,与已有算法相比,本方法对于因漂移产生的卫星定位数据噪声有更强的抗干扰性,能够提高对不按规定路线行驶以及违规超速行为的识别准确率。With the satellite positioning data of vehicle in traveling process, the violation driving behaviors such as overspeed and not running in the prescribed route can be calculated and identified. Accurate and effective identification result can provide sufficient and reliable management basis for dynamic safety management of road transport industry management department and road transport enterprises. Aiming at the deficiency of anti data noise interference in the existing identification algorithms for the violation driving behaviors, a method with anti-noise technology is proposed. This method uses the criteria such as geographic coordinate information of the predetermined travel route and speed limit value of different sections, the comparison of the spherical distance between the satellite positioning coordinate of current vehicle position and the closest coordinate of the predetermined travel route is used to determine and count whether or not a violation driving behavior of not running in the prescribed route has occurred. The comparison of the real-time speed, speed limit value of current section and illegal threshold is used to determine and count whether or not a violation driving behavior of overspeed has occun'ed. Based on large amount of the satellite positioning data generated by the actual operation vehicles of road transport enterprises, the proposed identification method is tested and verified. The test result shows that this method has better interference immunity for the noise in satellite positioning data due to drift and the identification accuracy of the two violation driving behaviors can be improved compared with the existing algorithms.
