摘  要:无缸套缸体材质无法达到耐磨性的设计要求,不得不在缸孔镶薄壁缸套。通过加入微量改性SiC_p强化HT250的刚性、耐磨性,经过摩擦磨损试验,缸孔变形量测试及台架试验等方法验证其效果。结果表明,加入微量改性SiC_p后的HT250材质与活塞环配磨的总磨损量为2.66μm,明显低于普通HT250缸体的3.15μm,略低于缸套材质的2.71μm。For the cylinder without sleeve can not meet the design requirements of wear resistance, the thin-wall cylinder sleeve has to been inserted in the cylinder bore. By the addition of modified SiCp to HT250, the rigidity and wear resistance of the material were enhanced. The addition effects of the SiCp were verified by the friction and wear test, cylinder hole deformation test and bench test. The results show that mated with piston ring, the total wearing capacity of liT250 with trace modified SiCp is 2.66 μm, significantly less than 3.15μm of the general HT250, slightly less than 2.71 Ixm of the sleeve material. The bore deformation of cylinder made of HT250 with trace modified SiCp meets the design requirements. The key parameters of bench test are superior to that of the cylinder with sleeve.
