摘  要:采用Pro/ENGINEER软件对电磁换向球阀进行三维建模和结构优化设计,并将模型导入ANSYS软件进行可靠性分析,得到其在超高压工况下的变形及应力状况,为电磁换向球阀的整体结构优化及改进提供了参考依据。这种将设计与分析相结合的方式,不仅对液压元器件的后续改进和加工制造具有一定意义,而且对缩短产品开发周期,提高企业的经济效益具有促进的作用,还可对其他工业产品的开发设计、可靠性分析及应用研究起到借鉴作用。Pro/ENGINEER software is used to model and optimize the structure of the electromagnetic ball valve. The structure reliability analysis of the electromagnetic ball valve is done by ANSYS software. It is obtained the deformation and stress state under the condition of ultra high pressure. It provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the overall structure of the electromagnetic ball valve. It is the great significance to the subsequent improvement and manufacture of hydraulic components through the combination of design and analysis. This method can shorten the product development cycle. This method can also improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This method can also be used as reference for the design, reliability analysis and application research of other industrial products.
