摘 要:为探索利用声超声技术预测落叶松木材密度的可行性,本研究测试了无疵落叶松木材立方体的密度及轴向(L)、径向(R)、弦向(T)三个方向的五个AU参数:波速(V)、峰值电压(A)、均方根电压(RMS)、上升时间(RT)、频率形心(FC)等,研究了AU参数与气干密度(ρ)的相关性。结果表明:上升时间RT在L方向最小,A、RMS、V等3个参数在L方向最大,FC在3个方向的差异不显著,除FC之外其余4个AU参数轴向和径向、轴向和弦向的差异性在0.01水平都显著;AU参数与ρ的相关性在不同方向也存在差异,在轴向和径向V与ρ的相关性均最高,其决定系数R^2分别为0.86和0.84;在弦向,RMS与ρ的相关性最高,R^2=0.46。In order to study the feasibility of predicting density by using acousto-ultrasonic (AU) technology, wood density and five acousto-ultrasonic (AU) parameters including velocity (V), peak voltage (A), Root Mean Square (RMS), rising time (RT), frequency-centroid (FC) in 3 different directions including longitudinal (L), radia I(R), tangential (T) of clear larch wood cube were measured, and the relationships between AU parameters and density ( o ) were studied. The results showed that RT in longitudinal direction is the lowest among three main directions, for the other three parameters (V, RMS, A) in longitudinal direction is the highest. For all AU parameters except FC, the difference between L and R as well as L and T are significant at 0.01 level. For V, RMS, A, the difference between R and T are significant at 0.05 or 0.01 level. The relationship between different AU parameters and density is also different in three directions. In L and R direction, the relationship between V and ρ is more significant with determination coefficient (R2) of 0.86 and 0.84 respectively. In T direction the relationship between RMS and p is the most significant with R2=0.46.
