摘 要:选煤厂干燥系统排放废气是大气污染源之一,城市禁燃区内禁止燃烧高污染燃料,用清洁能源替代燃煤是大势所趋。天然气、液化天然气(LNG)、蒸汽、甲醇燃料均是理想的清洁能源。以田庄选煤厂干燥燃煤替代为例,介绍了清洁能源选择时需考量的因素、天然气替代燃煤的工程实践,以及节约清洁能源所采取的节能改造措施等。清洁能源替代燃煤后,环境影响显著减小;节能改造效果明显。The exhaust gas discharged by coal thermal drying system of coal preparation plant is one of the sources of atmospheric pollution, and in some urban areas, coal burning is strictly forbidden. Use of clean energy in place of coal has become an inevitable trend. Natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) , steam and methanol are all ideal clean energy resources. The coal-fired drying system of Tianzhuang plant has now shifted to the use of pipe-line natural gas. An introduction is made in the paper, through citing the Tianzhuang project as an example, to the factors which should be taken into consideration in selection of clean energy, the engineering practice and energy-saving measures. Use of clean energy for coal pro- duces a positive environmental impact and a marked energy conservation result.
