摘 要:在使用镜面定位仪对待测镜头进行非接触式镜面间隔测量时,会产生以下问题:原设备的承载平台无法对待测镜头的放置提供准确的基准轴,影响最终装调精度,且同一镜头的复测率低;批量镜头测量时效率低下;在测量时,镜头的放置易脱落,产生安全隐患。为解决上述问题,提高设备的工作效率,对其承载平台进行改造,具体措施包括:采用自定心卡盘改变原有固定镜头的方式,通过光学定位,确定测量基准面,提高复测精度,从而提高批量镜头测量效率。In using mirror locator to measure the distance among separate lens in a non-contact specular way, it appears the following three problem. The first is that the bearing platform of original equipment can't provide an accurate basic shaft for the placement of lens that will be test, and affect the final accuracy of adjustment, and reduce the repetition rate of testing the same lens; the second is the inefficiency in batch lens measurement; the last one is the safety problem that caused by the lens which is very easily to fall off during the measurement. To solve the above problem, improve the efficiency of the chassis platform equipment, the main methods include: adjusting the grabbing way of lens with the Self-centering chuck, through to its Optical positioning, determine the measuring datum axis, improve the survey precision, thereby improve the efficiency of batch lens measurement.
