摘 要:全球生物多样性正在持续丧失,亟须建立大尺度的生物多样性监测网络,获得实时、准确的就地监测数据来识别威胁因素,评估保护进展,降低全球生物多样性丧失速率。鸟类是生物多样性监测的重要指示类群,国际上鸟类监测已有100多年的历史。我国开展了沿海水鸟同步调查、鸟类环志监测等部分鸟类监测项目,并开展了国家尺度的鸟类监测试点工作。抽样设计是影响监测网络能否成功的关键因素,本文通过分析国际上大尺度繁殖鸟类监测项目的抽样设计及其优劣,提出了适合我国繁殖鸟类监测项目的分层抽样设计法,期望对我国国家尺度的繁殖鸟类监测网络的建立具有借鉴价值。Due to the ongoing loss of global biodiversity,a large-scale biodiversity monitoring network is urgently needed. Also,real-time and accurate on-site monitoring data should be obtained to identify the risk factors,to assess the protection progress and reduce the rate of biodiversity loss around the world. Wild birds are important indicators in biodiversity monitoring and many countries have been monitoring wild birds for more than 100 years. China has carried out some bird monitoring programs,including monitoring programs for coastal water birds synchronous investigation,bird ringing programs,other bird monitoring projects,and nation-wide bird pilot monitoring. Sampling design is the key factor which affects the success of the monitoring network. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the sampling design of large-scale international bird monitoring programs,it is suggested that stratified random sampling method is a suitable sampling design method for the breeding bird monitoring project in China. In this paper,we address establishment of China' s national scale breeding bird monitoring network.
