摘　　要：随着泌尿外科微创技术的发展,医生及患者更倾向于微创手术,输尿管软镜已成为治疗肾脏疾病的一项重要技术,软镜结合钬激光治疗肾脏疾病更具有独到之处,尤其对一些特定人群,其优势更为突出,目前已广泛应用。现将我科近年来的治疗经验进行总结分析。With the development of the minimally invasive techniques, doctors and patients prefer minimally invasive surgery. Flexible ureteroscopy has become an important technology for the treatment of kidney disease and been widely used. It combined with holmium laser in the treatment of renal diseases, which is unique, especially for some specific population. Now, we will summarize our treatment experiences in recent years.
