成都市中心城区社区卫生服务人员高血压认知情况及相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市中心六大城区社区卫生服务人员对高血压的认识及防治的基本情况,为进一步指导基层高血压防治工作提供依据。方法 2016年3~6月,通过总共23题的自填问卷调查,对成都市中心六大城区的社区卫生服务机构医务人员对高血压的认识及防治的基本情况进行了调查。结果这个问卷由65个社区中心填写(问卷有效率95.4%),共回收问卷1731例,其中填写完整的1721例(问卷有效率99.4%),社区医务工作者对高血压认知总体及格率较低仅为14.8%,其中医生相较于护士及其他技术人员高血压基础知识掌握情况较好,各个专业医师掌握高血压知识无明显差别,鼓励社区医务工作者参加区级及以上等级的会议、一年参加1~2次高血压培训。结论社区医务人员高血压病的基础知识及管理虽已有一定的认识,但总体掌握情况仍较差,尤其对于护士、技术人员的培训应该加强。Objective To investigate the awareness of the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the medical workers in community clinics of Chengdu. Methods From March to June 2016 ,a 23-item questionnaire survey on the awareness of the prevention and treatment of hypertension of medical workers was developed based on expert opinion, and sent to community clinics of six central urban districts in Chengdu. Results The survey was completed by 65 centers （95.4% response rate）. In total 1,731 questionnaires recruited ,1,721 questionnaires were complete （99.4% effective rate）. However ,only 14. 8% of participants reached the minimum stand- ard. Compared with nurse and other workers, doctors had a better understanding of hypertension. There was no significant difference in the understanding of hypertension among doctors in different specialties. We encouraged community medical.workers to participate in hy- pertension training, 1-2 times a year at district level and above. Conclusion The medical workers in the community clinics of Chengdu have poor understanding of the prevention and treatment of hypertension. It is necessary to train these medical workers ,especially nurse and technicians.
