控制图在温湿度交接中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨控制图温湿度交接表的应用效果。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,对2014年使用传统温湿度交接时及2016年使用控制图温湿度交接时,护理人员对温湿度的掌握情况和交接情况进行分析。结果传统温湿度交接时,护理人员未完全掌握温湿度的相关知识比例高于控制图温湿度交接时(χ~2=8.492;P=0.00357),交接不规范率也高于控制图温湿度交接时%(χ~2=4.174;P=0.04105),差异均有统计学意义。结论控制图用于温湿度的交接,能有效提高温湿度交接的质量。Objective To investigate the application effects of control chart in temperature-humidity handover. Methods A retrospective study was performed to evaluate the effects of a traditional temperature-humidity handover （2014 data） versus a control chart-based temperature-humidity handover （2016 data）. The temperature-humidity knowledge levels of nurses and rate of non-standardized handover were analyzed. Results Compared with the control chart-based temperature-humidity handover, the proportion of nurses with inadequate knowledge about temperature-humidity and the rate of non-standardized handover were much higher when traditional temperature-humidity handover was used （χ^2 = 8. 492; P = 0. 00357 and χ^2 = 4. 174; P = 0. 04105, respectively）. Conclusion Use of a control chart can effectively improve the quality of temperature-humidlty handover.
