摘　　要：针对新形式下军队院校图书馆的状况进行了分析,对读者群体的到馆率下降查找了原因并给出了相应的解决方案。This paper analyzes the current situation of the library in military colleges, identifies the reasons for the decrease of library visits by the readers, and puts forth the corresponding solutions.
