摘　　要：《涵芬楼烬余书录》是一部富有特色的藏书志体式的版本目录,在版本学史上具有不可磨灭的地位。过往人们研究利用该书,主要依据1951年商务印书馆排印本,而藏于上海图书馆的稿本,亦有不可忽略的学术价值。本文藉影印稿本的机会,就版本学的传承与发展,对该书及其版本发表意见。Hanfenlou jinyu shulu （A Catalogue of the Remaining Books of the Hanfenlou Collection） is a distinctive descriptive bibliography in the tradition of the ＂bibliophile＇s bibliography＂, which occupies a permanent place in the history of Chinese bibliographic studies. Previous studies and references of the Catalogue were mainly based on the print edition published by the Commercial Press in 1951, however, its manuscript, preserved in Shanghai Library, still has substantial bibliographic values. On the occasion of the publication of the facsimile edition of the manuscript, the author, in this preface, stated his views on the Catalogue and its different versions, aiming for the preservation and development of the bibliographic studies.
