摘  要:Incoloy 800H是一种可焊性较好的奥氏体耐热钢,属于铁-镍-铬合金。由于具有优良的高温力学性能、抗高温腐蚀和抗高温蠕变性能,广泛应用于锅炉设备、石油加工转化炉等。操作温度、介质环境以及制造质量都会导致Incoloy 800H发生蠕变、劣化等失效。文章针对Incoloy 800H合金制氢转化炉下猪尾管的严重变形,通过宏观检查、化学成分、力学性能、金相和电镜等分析,确定了碳含量高是造成猪尾管过早发生蠕变劣化,乃至严重变形的主要原因。Incoloy800H is a kind of austenitic heat-resisting steel with good weldability.It belongs to iron-nickel-chromium alloy.Because of its excellent mechanical properties at high temperature,high-temperature corrosive resistance and creep resistance,it is wildly used in boilers and hydrogen manufacturing conversion furnaces and so on.The operating temperature,medium environment and manufacturing quality may lead to such failure as creep and deterioration.This paper analyzes the failure causes of severe deformation of the pigtail tube in hydrogen manufacturing conversion furnace.Based on the mac-roscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties analysis,metallography analysis and electron microscope analysis,it is determined that high carbon content is the main reason for early creep and deterioration of the pigtail tube and even serious deformation.
