催化装置烟机失效原因分析

摘　　要：某催化装置的烟机在运行过程中突然出现连锁停车,检查后发现动叶片全部断裂,静叶片及其他组件也发生损坏。通过宏观检验、断口及表面产物分析、金相检验、硬度检验及烟机运行工况分析,发现烟机的失效主要为静叶片先出现断裂,断裂件与动叶片及轮盘发生磨损,导致动叶片全部断裂,烟机发生失效。针对失效原因,提出了相应的改进建议。The flue gas turbine in certain catalytic unit shut down in chain during the operation process.After inspection,it was discovered that the rotor blade fractured;there was also damage in the stator blade and other components.Through macroscopic examination,fracture and corrosion product analysis,metallographic examination,hardness testing and analysis on the operating conditions of flue gas turbine,it was found out that the failure of flue gas turbine was mainly caused by the fracture of the stator blade first that resulted in fraction among the fractured part,the rotor blade and the rotary table.And this led to the complete fracture of the rotor blade and the failure of the flue gas turbine.According to the failure reasons,this paper presented the corresponding measures for improvement.
